At T O W R Games, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item.
